Alison Aey (Executive Director): Alison joined the Nature’s Nursery team in January of 2020 and brought
with her 20 years of extensive business management, marketing, fundraising and event planning experience
with a focus on community engagement and business collaborations.

Jamie Kincaid (Operations Director): Jamie joined the Nature’s Nursery team in October of 2024. With
many years of experience in management and leadership, Jamie is tasked with overseeing the organization’s
two biggest assets, our people and our facility. Jamie wil oversee al of the human resources including staff
and volunteers as wel as managing the facility and the daily operations outside of animal care.

Michelle Daud (Animal Care Director): Michele has been with Nature’s Nursery for 13 years. She started in
2012 as a volunteer and then became an intern in 2015. She was later hired into a staff position where her
dedication and knowledge has proven to be invaluable to the organization. Michele was promoted to Clinic
Manager in 2021 and was appointed to the newly-created position of Animal Care Director in 2024.

Laura Zitzelberger (Founding Director): Laura has been with Nature’s Nursery since it began in 1989
when she started helping the founders get the organization established. Laura has gone through training
through the National Wildlife Rehabilitators Association for wound management, fluid therapy, nutrition, and
more. She has taught sessions at the Ohio Wildlife Rehabilitators Association symposiums and traveled the
state teaching basic skills to potential new licensed rehabilitators.
